Hamidia One Office & Warehouse
The proposed project by a Middle East developer based in Nairobi, is in the early concept design stage. The project will be one-of-a-kind office and warehouse logistics facility in Nairobi, Kenya. The project seeks to purse and achieve LEED GOLD and EDGE ADVANCED certification programs administered by the Green Business Certification INC.

EXPO Village
Expo Village is a sub-community of Expo City Dubai. It is a mixed-use development at the Expo 2020 site, designated as the event’s official residential community to accommodate participants during the Expo.

Dubai Exhibition Centre
Co-located with Expo 2020, Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) is a state-of-the-art 45,000 sqm exhibition complex that provides a platform to engage and entertain the world’s largest meeting of minds. The venue is spread across two campuses, the centre housing a theatre, an auditorium, several multi-purpose halls, four suites and 24 meeting rooms, and is completely customizable to large events, including indoor concerts.

OCEC Development
The OCEC development comprises of five exhibition halls with over 20,000 sqm of end-to-end exhibition space, 33 associated meeting rooms and hospitality suites, multi-level car parking, an energy center, a 3200-seat auditorium, a 450-seat theatre, 2 ballrooms with capacities of 1200 and 540 guests, 20 additional meeting and conference rooms, and two 300-key hotels (a 5-star Marriott and a 4-star Crowne Plaza). The development has attained LEED certification for each of the 5 distinct buildings.

Amaala Airfield
Amaala International Airport will serve the Amaala development. Amaala Development is an ultra-luxury destination located north-western Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia. The airport symbolizes the luxury, wellness and sustainability-focused values of Amaala and the ‘land art’ structure is intended to mark the start of memorable experiences for Amaala’s guests. From views and daylight rich interiors, sleek mirrored structures to climate-controlled hangars and ground transfer services accessible from inside the arrival hangar, Amaala International Airport’s world-class design will set a new standard in premium travel.

NBK Tower
NBK Tower is the new National Bank of Kuwait’s headquarter iconic skyscraper. The 62-floor, 300m-tall tower sits on a 6,000m2 plot and with a gross area of around 120,000m2. It covers the tower on one side, while a new museum and a flagship bank branch is on the other side. The tower consists of office spaces, the skyscraper has shield-shaped floor plates with open-plan offices on one side of the lift core and meeting rooms arranged along the curved façade. The project achieved the LEED Gold certification after fulfilling all the requirements prescribed within the LEED rating system
